Today, with manufacturing advances in insulated glass, various glass coatings and tempering processes, together with innovation in the architectural design uses of glass, window cleaning has become much more sophisticated and can no longer be taken for granted.		We regularly handle large custom homes with extensive architectural design, including difficult to reach windows, challenging skylights, large mirrors, high-vaulted ceiling fans, chandeliers and the like.
While we are not electricians, we are happy to help in any way we can.  If during cleaning or bulb replacement we notice that repairs are needed, we will inform you and recommend a repair service.		Basic chandelier dusting, cleaning and bulb replacement can also be done while we are on site.  Exterior welcome and security lights can be clean and if needed, bulbs changed as well.  Please be sure to mention these needs and have bulbs available at the time of our visit.
		In the event of light precipitation we will continue as scheduled because rain does not effect the cleaning.  In the event of heavy rain or showers, we will return within 1 to 2 days to complete the outside work.  All inside windows are completed on schedule so as not to disrupt your schedule.  We give reminder calls the day before all appointments.

Dirt makes your windows dirty not rain. The dust from landscapers, tree pollen, exhaust, and many other sources settles on your windows. Rain drops move the dirt around your windows and after the rain dries the dirt remains on the glass. This residue is now very visible because it's been spread over the window.
